TCG completed the interior fit-out of BP Singapore's new office in Marina One East Tower, a Grade A office development.

The two-story, 87,000-square-foot office was delivered within a 17-week construction program, meeting BP's target move date. The comprehensive fit-out created a vibrant workspace featuring workstations, meeting rooms, reception and guest waiting areas, collaborative and focus spaces, an IT support "bar," quiet zones, pantries, and restrooms. The project included critical infrastructure development to accommodate BP's trading floor. A striking cantilevered timber staircase serves as the centerpiece, connecting departments across both floors. The space showcases distinctive design elements, including timber batten wall paneling and a shiplap paneling system throughout the joinery units.
