Following the successful completion of relocation fit-out works, TCG was reappointed to carry out additions and alterations to Levels 26 and 27 of the British Multinational Investment Bank office.

The project featured glazed partition systems, acoustic wall paneling, specialized ceilings, cellspray finishes, operable walls, joinery works, and loose furniture. Notable design elements include a rattan feature ceiling and fluted timber wall panels in the client suite, curved glazed partition systems, custom wallpapers, and recycled timber panels (used for floors, walls, and ceilings) in the café area.

The work took place in an occupied building, requiring careful scheduling and planning. Noisy and disruptive works were restricted to after-hours and weekends to minimize disturbance to the client and other building tenants. This meticulous planning ensured the project's completion within the stipulated timeline.
