TCG successfully completed fit-out works for the Chinese Tech Giant's office at The Metropolis. Serving as the main contractor, TCG handled MEP, design and build. The new open office features a pantry area and an open-plan layout with 122 dedicated workstations, designed to foster collaboration and informal work interactions.

Open-access phone booths are strategically placed throughout the office, connecting to two directors' rooms and three enclosed meeting rooms at the far end of the workplace.

The boardroom and meeting rooms feature the company's proprietary smart TVs and interactive boards, enabling seamless communication between colleagues in virtual and hybrid meetings across different locations. The system makes all meeting content and documentation instantly accessible to attendees in real-time.
