TCG was engaged to deliver this Chinese Tech Giant's first staff canteen, located on the first level of The Signature building, complementing their existing pantry.

The comprehensive project included interior fit-out, design and build for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works, along with proprietary IT, security and AV system installations. The 7,000-square-foot space features a general dining area, intimate private booths, a live noodle bar and buffet section, and two VIP private dining rooms.

Upon entry, visitors are welcomed by a self-maintaining natural moss wall showcasing famous Singapore landmarks, creating a serene and inviting dining atmosphere. In the VIP private dining rooms, acoustic panels were used as ceiling features. Wall finishes showcase custom-made Chinese ink paintings on canvas and floral motifs in acoustic wall panels along the moveable walls of the dining rooms, reducing sound reflection and providing effective soundproofing.
