TCG completed a high-quality office project for GuocoLand's first-of-its-kind Purpose-Built Network Hub in Singapore. This members-only business and social annexe caters to office tenants and residents, offering various amenities and services across Levels 1, 2, and 7 of Guoco Midtown on Beach Road within Singapore's Central Business District (CBD).

The development embodies GuocoLand's vision for the future of work, life, and play. TCG's scope included comprehensive interior fit-out work: reception area, lounge, meeting rooms with server and communications rooms, MEP systems, AV and security systems, IT infrastructure, and furniture installations. The construction spanned three floors, covering a total area of 25,000 sq ft.
