TCG was selected as the fit-out contractor for an 8,514 sq ft project at Cross Street Exchange for the Government Office. This high-quality fit-out includes a modern reception, general office space, private offices, a 20-person boardroom, events area, and a collaborative hub, all designed to embody a contemporary and collaborative office atmosphere. Given the project’s complexity on privacy need, it required stringent acoustic treatments. The team applied acoustic sealants comprehensively to prevent any leakage, and post- completion tests confirmed compliance with the acoustic standards (minimum STC 45 - 55).
