With a combined headcount of 1,250 employees from its family of businesses, the American brand aimed to create a greater sense of community by fostering a culture of flexibility, mobility, and collaboration in a single facility. This vision is embodied in the 160,000 sq ft headquarters we see today.

The workspace features six carefully designed "neighbourhood clusters," each equipped with unassigned sit-stand desks, communications rooms, focus rooms, utilities, locker rooms, and "team dents"—collaborative areas offering stunning city views. The conference facilities showcase state-of-the-art technology and equipment.

An internal feature staircase connects the floors, winding past a 10-meter-high living wall. Beyond adapting to a new work culture, this American Healthcare Company has set an ambitious goal to develop the world's healthiest workforce by 2020.
