TCG completed the global headquarters for Ocean Network Express at Marina One East Tower, an award-winning development in Singapore's Marina Bay financial district. This headquarters marks a milestone for the world's sixth-largest maritime carrier, formed through the merger of three Japanese shipping giants.

TCG served as the management contractor for the project, while global design firm Gensler acted as both lead designer and client representative.

Following an eight-week preconstruction phase, the project was delivered in 16 weeks. The complete fit-out covered 50,000 sq ft across two floors in the Grade A office tower. Our team managed over 20 trade packages throughout the construction and delivery process.
