TCG completed custom refurbishment works of the former Grand Park Hotel for the debut Pullman Hotel—the French luxury five-star brand's first flagship hotel on Singapore's famous Orchard Road shopping strip.

Working with CBRE and interior designer EDG, TCG rejuvenated this rebranded property by delivering high-quality fit-out works across 326 smart rooms and suites, along with a fully integrated front-of-house (FOH) that meets Pullman's exacting standards for limitless lifestyle experiences.

The complete refurbishment was executed in two packages: the first phase covered room renovations across seven floors (5th to 11th story), while the second package focused on the Front of House, dining, and public areas.
