The key objective of this refurbishment project is to achieve the highest quality standards, create more collaborative spaces, and incorporate the latest IT integration across all six floors of office space.
Covering 150,000 sq ft, TCG's scope of work includes interior fit-out, MEP, and AV installations. All meeting rooms feature live booking systems, high-specification TV monitors, and an integrated PA sound system. Wayfinding systems and smart sensors are installed on every level to track foot traffic in and out of offices and meeting rooms.
The new facilities showcase striking yet thoughtful design features throughout. The Level 2 connection and pantry area features a distinctive brick wall design, while the Level 3 connection area embraces a shipping container-inspired theme.
