Following the successful delivery of a 225,000 sq ft fit-out for Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) at Changi Business Park (CBP) Phase 1, TCG was appointed to deliver the project's second phase—consisting of five floors of activity-based work environments spanning 150,000 sq ft in the Changi Business Park 2 building.

This Phase 2 project is part of the bank's "single campus" initiative, which connects two office buildings into a unified, shared facility in Changi Business Park.

SCB aims to create shared environments and activity-based workplace destinations where staff and customers can seamlessly switch between different environments throughout their workday. The five-floor fit-out brings together 1,500 staff and customers in the new facility, implementing SCB's global accommodation guidelines established in Phase 1.
