Westpac aimed to create an inspiring and engaging workplace for its employees while developing strong regional relationships and expanding its capabilities to serve a growing customer base.

The new office occupies two high floors of Asia Square Tower 2, a prestigious commercial building in Singapore's financial district, offering spectacular views. The 38,000-square-foot space was designed and built to accommodate over 400 employees.

The design process involved extensive research, including interviews between Westpac's departments and the project team to understand workplace needs and characteristics.
